Assistant to the TopShop Manager (m/f/d) 80%

• Support and replacement of the manager in personnel planning and management, invoice management, and various administrative tasks
• Customer service, cashier
• Cash handling, opening and closing of cash registers
• Ordering, receiving, and displaying merchandise
• Baking in the bakery
• Maintenance of the shop and the service station
• Working hours from Monday to Sunday, between 5:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.

• Possession of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in sales or equivalent training
• At least some experience in a similar position (experience in a service station is a plus)
• Proven experience in personnel management or as an assistant
• Organizational skills and team spirit
• Autonomous and comfortable in interpersonal contacts
• Sense of responsibility
• Flexibility (variable hours from Monday to Sunday, between 5:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.)
