Team Lead Controlling (m/f/d)

About the job

As Team Lead Controlling (m/f/d), you will support our Finance Team in all strategic and operational matters of financial management, actively participate in day-to-day business, and simultaneously act as a sparring partner for the Head of Finance as well as the management.

Your main responsibilities include:

Professional and disciplinary leadership

Independent execution of monthly and annual financial statements as well as responsibility for planning and implementing finance projects

Management and creation of budget, forecast, and planning processes

Ensuring high-quality internal and external reporting as well as timely preparation of regular reports and analyses

Preparation of relevant key figures to support well-founded decision-making by management and executive board

Interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination with corporate interfaces and our international subsidiaries

What you need to be successful with us

Successfully completed studies in finance, controlling, business administration, or comparable qualification through further training

Several years of professional experience in controlling and initial leadership experience

Strong analytical skills and a pronounced understanding of business processes

Confident handling of Excel and ideally SAP and BI systems

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality

Very good German and English skills
