Your main tasks:
- Commissioning, operation, and monitoring of technical systems
- Coordination and execution of inspection, maintenance, and repair work including control rounds and documentation of operational processes
- Participation in acceptance tests and checking of technical documentation
- Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults (e.g., fire alarm system, parking guidance system)
- Advising customers on technical questions and proactively contributing optimization suggestions
- Janitorial work and minor repair work
- Correct completion of all necessary administrative tasks (e.g., logbook, reports, work records, etc.)
- Willingness to be on call and participate in the evacuation team
Your profile:
- Completed basic vocational training, preferably as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Heating Installer EFZ, Ventilation System Builder EFZ, Refrigeration Mechanic EFZ, or Electrician EFZ
- Electrical license NIV13 or NIV15 is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
- IPAF certificate (aerial work platform) is an advantage
- Willingness to continue education (e.g., operational SIBE)
- At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance of technical systems
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and confident use of IT tools
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- High flexibility, resilience, and team orientation
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as independent and structured working style
