What awaits you You will take professional care and processing by phone and email for all enquiries regarding the change service as well as our supplementary health insurance You ensure support for the change service platform, a self-service portal You are responsible for mutations of customer and contract data including individual solution finding You are responsible for special cases of the change service that cannot be carried out automatically and make individual clarifications as well as the necessary correspondence with customers and health insurers You continuously test our change service platform to ensure a first-class digital experience for our customers You support the team management in the ongoing optimisation of processes, take on exciting additional tasks and participate in projects You conduct and plan interviews for temporary employees together with the team management and support the recruitment process You create presentations, training materials and other documentation to support the team In the absence of the team management, you take over the professional and personnel leadership of the team, coordinate daily business and ensure smooth operations You are involved in regular exchange with internal interfaces (e.g. IT and other departments) and support the implementation of joint solutions You actively contribute to the team, promote knowledge exchange and always put the needs of our customers at the centre.
