Team Leader Corporate Actions (m/f/d)
Your main responsibilities:
- Professional and personnel management of the Corporate Actions team as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Responsibility for the correct and timely processing of capital market transactions and corporate action processes
- Monitoring and quality assurance of dividend payments and other securities-related business transactions
- Ensuring correct and up-to-date master data management including relevant reference and price data
- Active participation in operational day-to-day business as well as supporting the team with more complex issues
- Continuous optimisation and further development of processes, workflows, and interfaces in the securities area
Building on a completed commercial basic training, you ideally have further training in banking or finance as well as several years of professional experience in the field of corporate actions or securities. Initial leadership experience is an advantage; experienced specialists who are ready to take the next step into a leadership role are also welcome. You convince with a structured and reliable way of working, gladly take on responsibility, and know how to support and develop a team both professionally and personally. Very good MS Office skills as well as business fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
