- You are present in everyday nursing, actively support your team and accompany employees as well as trainees in their professional and personal development
- You recognise development and optimisation potential and constructively contribute your ideas to further develop processes and workflows
- You enjoy interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration and contribute with your commitment to a positive, appreciative team culture

- You hold a diploma as a registered nurse HF / FH and have several years of professional and leadership experience from a Swiss acute hospital
- A structured, analytical way of thinking as well as a good business understanding characterise you
