What you will achieve
- Production Employee Electroplating: You are responsible for the electrochemical nickel plating and gilding of watch movement parts. You ensure that all orders are processed on time and with high precision.
- Quality Inspector Precision Mechanics: You carefully inspect the coated watch movement parts and handle defective parts according to specifications. You confidently read and interpret technical drawings so that you can precisely meet all requirements.
- Process Optimiser: You support your supervisor in improvement processes. In this way, you help to optimise workflows, reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Maintenance Support: You ensure a safe, trouble-free production process and assist the responsible specialists with maintenance and repair work. In addition, you keep your work area clean and functional according to 5S.
What defines you
- Experience: You bring technical understanding and manual skills and have at least 5 years of experience in surface coating/electroplating (watch or medical technology). Experience in wastewater treatment would be desirable.
- Quality Awareness: With your independent, reliable and precise way of working, you successfully complete your tasks daily. You act responsibly and always keep quality in mind, even in challenging situations.
- Team Player: You are a team-oriented, committed and flexible personality and versatile in your deployment.
- IT Affinity: MS Office and other IT systems are well known to you and make your daily work easier.
- Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing (at least level C1).
