To strengthen our team at the Senevita Casa Vaud site, we are looking immediately or by agreement for:

A Home Care Nurse (M/F) with an hourly contract

Your tasks

Ensure individualised and quality care for our clients
Perform basic and medical-technical care independently and in accordance with good professional practices
Ensure traceability of services and transmit essential information for the quality of care
Intervene as part of regular rounds, planned replacements or urgent missions according to field needs

Your profile

HES nursing diploma with Swiss Red Cross recognition and mandatory practice rights
At least 2 years of experience in home care
Good knowledge of Health Networks
Proficiency in IT tools and care documentation
Ability to express yourself clearly in French, both orally and in writing
Driving licence essential
