What awaits you- Advising and supporting our guests from Switzerland and around the world
- Sale of tickets, excursion offers and tourist experiences of the Jungfrau Railways
- Professional handling of customer concerns and complaints in direct contact with guests
- Administrative tasks to support daily business
What excites us about you
- Completed training in retail or in the commercial sector
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests from all over the world
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Good IT user skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
