• Seminar management of the company training offer (HSGacademy)
• Promotion and monitoring of the HSGacademy offer on various internal platforms (intranet, Yammer, etc.)
• Seminar-relevant communication between speakers, employees, venues, and catering
• Support of seminars at the various venues
• Administrative support of the HR Learning & Development team

• Organisational talent and high reliability
• Confident handling of digital communication and office tools
• Service orientation and enjoyment in supporting events
• Good communication skills
• Careful, independent, and discreet working style
