The Swiss healthcare system is undergoing change, and so is the housekeeping service at Limmattal Hospital. We are developing our organisation further and are looking for a committed leader who sees change as an opportunity, makes decisions, and actively shapes the future of the risk areas and evening cleaning. With your experience, ideas, and leadership approach, you will make an important contribution to the further development of our department.
This is where you will be involved
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the risk areas and evening cleaning with around 25 employees (including two day supervisors)
- Responsibility for personnel planning (deployment, holiday and absence planning as well as case management)
- Conducting quality and control rounds to ensure cleaning quality and compliance with hygiene standards
- Continuous development of the area, processes and employees
- Willingness to work Saturdays (approximately 4 times per year)
You
- Completed training as an HF Facility Management Operations Manager or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in cleaning or facility management, ideally in healthcare
- Experience in leading change processes
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance at different hierarchical levels
- Organisational talent as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and experience in a multicultural working environment
- Analytical, networked thinking and the ability to act both strategically and operationally
- Good user knowledge of common IT programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
