The Hotel Berchtold & B5 is an active and innovative company with various gastronomy venues and a centrally located accommodation. The group includes the 3* Superior Hotel Berchtold, the hotel-owned Berchtold Restaurant, the trendy and well-visited bar "B5 to be", the Bistro B5, and Lädeli B5 to go.
To complement our Front Office team at Hotel Berchtold, we are looking for a cheerful personality from May 1, 2025, or by arrangement as:
Receptionist (m/f/d) 60 - 80%
Your main tasks:
Check-in and check-out of our guests
Consultation and sale of our hotel services
Contact person for all guest concerns and their billing
Processing event inquiries including the creation of offers and confirmations
General correspondence
Your profile
You have completed commercial training in the hotel industry
You have at least 2 years of professional experience
Experience with the PMS system Protel is an advantage
You have good language skills in German, English, and French
You are an open and proactive personality and are used to working independently and in a structured manner
Your strengths include communication, flexibility, and service-oriented thinking and acting
Professional appearance and a neat appearance are expected
You can expect a demanding and responsible task in a young and dynamic team.
