Well-established and rapidly growing regional company, Flückiger Electricité SA is active in several complementary fields of electrical engineering: electrical installations in buildings, infrastructure, maintenance, as well as design and manufacture of switchgear assemblies and electromechanical panels.
At the heart of this activity, our Electromechanical Workshop located in Saint-Blaise represents a specialised and strategic sector of the company. It ensures the production of panels and electromechanical assemblies, from their design to their manufacture, assembly and installation, in close collaboration with our clients and technical teams.
To support the development of this sector and strengthen our team, we are looking for a
ELECTROMECHANICAL PANELS PROJECT MANAGER
Mission:
Ensure the safety of employees under their responsibility during delivery and commissioning at the client’s premises, complying with all site safety standards, client directives and electrical safety;
- According to client specifications, plan the assembly and operation principles of electromechanical cabinets: component panel, front panel, material list and possibly schematic diagram, switchgear plans according to current standards;
- Establish a detailed project realisation plan (organisation and scheduling of personnel, materials and project milestones), delivery and commissioning;
- Organise and plan project execution; supervise project progress and perform quality assurance;
- Regularly visit and inspect the activities of team leaders, assemblers and apprentices under their responsibility; prepare interim measurements to estimate site progress;
- Ensure the preparation of amendments within a very short timeframe; ensure that work does not commence before receiving the validated order from the project manager;
- Manage the execution of works as well as financial monitoring: track labour and material cost allocation; ensure a minimum margin of 5 - 10%, detailed monitoring between planned and actual allocations, perform end-of-project forecasting;
Profile:
- Federal diploma as project manager in electrical panel construction or currently in training or equivalent qualification;
- Proven experience in managing electrical panel projects;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility;
- Rigor, analytical skills and flexibility;
- Team spirit, open-minded and innovative.
