What to expect with us

• Your business training starts on 1 March 2027 and lasts 24 months. In the first six months, you will attend the Zurich Management School focusing on business, finance, and communication. Afterwards, you will work for 18 months at HypothekenZentrum AG. Upon successful completion, you will receive the KSZH Business Specialist diploma. • You will take on various tasks in back office and relationship management and gain insights into different areas of HZ HypothekenZentrum.
• You will learn about the background and processes of back office tasks at a financial service provider and acquire valuable knowledge about mortgage and real estate business.

What you bring with you

• You have completed your Matura, are enthusiastic about financial topics, and are seeking an entry into the banking sector.
• You are communicative, open, and motivated, with a flair for numbers.
• Flawless communication in German, both spoken and written; very good Swiss German skills are an advantage.
• Motivation to work in a young, dynamic, and service-oriented team.
