What you can achieve
- Support the programme manager in all administrative and organisational matters
- Ongoing monitoring of delivery dates, quantities and availabilities
- Early identification of material shortages and scheduling risks
- Initiate countermeasures in coordination with purchasing, project management and logistics
- Coordinate priorities in case of scarce materials or delivery delays
- Create and maintain order data and invoices in SAP
- Support project purchasing
- Organise meetings and workshops including the necessary preparations (invitations and agenda etc.)
What you bring with you
- Commercial or technical basic training advantageous with experience in project management and SCM
- Very good MS Office and SAP user knowledge (S/4 Hana)
- Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- Very flexible, resilient, organisational talent – enjoy working in a dynamic environment
