Your Tasks

You ensure high-quality and quantitatively excellent care for our inpatient residents
You support the residents in their daily lives according to their individual needs and our care guidelines
You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
You carry out the care documentation completely and independently
You assist in the training of our trainees
You take on daily responsibility

What You Bring

You have completed training and several years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care
You are independent, competent, and enjoy working in a team
You have a passion for working with older people and are committed to the diverse tasks
You have good oral and written German skills
You possess good IT skills
RAI knowledge is an advantage
