Team Leader Internal Sales & Export (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF97,500 - 117,000Our client is a Swiss industrial company with high expertise in the development and manufacture of technically demanding special materials and components. The solutions are used in various high-tech and industrial applications and are individually tailored to the customers’ requirements. The company combines long-standing know-how with modern product development and an international customer base.
Role:
As part of the further development of the department, a responsible leadership position with close connection to the operational day-to-day business is being filled. You will take over a well-coordinated team and, together with your employees, ensure the professional handling of international customer and project orders. In addition to classic internal sales topics, you will contribute your expertise in export, customs, and origin of goods and specifically develop existing processes further. Prospectively, the role offers you the opportunity to expand your area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
You lead the team professionally and organisationally and coordinate the tasks in daily business
You are responsible for export, customs, and origin of goods topics and ensure correct professional handling
You manage international order processing and keep an eye on deadlines and ongoing project orders
You coordinate the spare parts business and ensure reliable processing of the corresponding customer orders
You review contracts and support the preparation of offers as well as international customer correspondence
You work closely with AVOR, production, engineering, warehouse, and sales
You analyse existing processes and further develop workflows and standards within your area
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in international internal sales, export, or order processing in a technical industrial company
Commercial or commercial-technical basic training, ideally with further education in export or foreign trade
Leadership experience and enjoyment in professionally and organisationally supporting a small team
Sound knowledge of export, customs, and origin of goods
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Strong understanding of cross-departmental processes and interfaces
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented personality with high reliability and communication skills
