Your Tasks
You will take co-responsibility for the leadership and organisation of a medical ward with a focus on oncology/haematology. In daily leadership, you will manage personnel and operational processes together with the department management and contribute to a stable and efficient ward operation. You will promote and support the professional and personal development of your staff and design a structured induction for new team members. You create conditions that enable high-quality, patient-centred care and actively contribute to the further development of processes and structures. You live a constructive, interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration in everyday work and promote it purposefully.
Your Profile
You are a qualified nurse with at least two years of professional experience, ideally in a medical specialty. You have leadership training or are willing to undertake it. You convince with high social and self-competence, pronounced organisational skills as well as structured and solution-oriented thinking and acting. As a committed personality, you take responsibility, actively shape change and enjoy supporting your team in its development, strengthening staff and jointly creating sustainable solutions for a demanding nursing routine.
