What you achieve with us

A specialist in property management with us looks after a maximum of 700 properties – but not alone, rather with your active support:

• Whether it is a rental contract, termination or rent adjustment: you carefully prepare the necessary documents and ensure a smooth administrative process.
• You create advertisements, screen prospective tenants and coordinate viewings, maintenance and repairs.
• You communicate professionally and service-oriented with tenants, caretakers, owners and authorities.
  
• You organise and accompany co-owner and condominium owners’ meetings and take the minutes.
  
• Your flair for numbers is used in dunning and debt collection as well as in creditor invoicing.

What you bring

You bring experience and expertise, work independently and enjoy working in a team. Your open manner and joy in contact with people distinguish you.

• You have a commercial education and professional experience – preferably in real estate.
• You have completed training as a real estate administrator or are willing to complete it.
• You appreciate working with others, are positive and love a broad range of tasks.
• You present yourself confidently, negotiate skilfully and communicate reliably.
• You are well organised, quality-conscious and service-oriented.
• You communicate fluently in German and English with a confident style.

Who we are

We are a nationwide real estate service company with eight locations and around 200 employees. At the Zug location, we operate with just under 30 people. We belong to the Pensimo Group, which pools real estate investments from over 150 Swiss pension funds. This means: at Regimo you work at the interface of retirement provision and housing supply – directly for the insured.
