About the job

• Responsibility for the coordinated management of perioperative processes as well as the optimal integration of emergency patients into the ongoing surgical operations
• Leadership and moderation of the daily surgical briefing to ensure smooth information flow and efficient resource planning
• Close coordination and collaboration with relevant interdisciplinary interfaces to guarantee an efficient and patient-oriented surgical operation
• Co-responsibility for short- and medium-term surgical planning considering medical, personnel, and infrastructural requirements
• Ensuring compliance with the surgical regulations (surgical statute) as well as collection and preparation of relevant key figures and data to support reporting and continuous process optimisation

• Medical training (university of applied sciences level or equivalent qualification) or comparable qualification
• Further training in surgical management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in surgical operations
