The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who rely on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the standards of relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing.

• Process-oriented care and support of our residents during the night
• Task planning during the night
• Coordination with nursing assistant personnel

• Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care and working at night
• Health specialist, nursing specialist DNI, or equivalent qualification
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Responsible, interdisciplinary thinking and decisive personality with a high quality mindset

• Interdisciplinary collaboration in a proven team
