About the job

To complement our team in the Operations Centre, we are looking for a motivated police officer starting 01.05.2026 or by arrangement. - Receiving and processing emergency calls, reports, and alarms
- Dispatching, accompanying, and supporting operational forces, including constant assessment of the situation
- Conducting situation assessments
- Initiating immediate measures and documenting events
- Leadership support at major events and special operations
Your Profile
- Completed police training (federal diploma/certificate)
- IT user knowledge of police-specific applications
- Ability to work focused and carefully even under high time and psychological pressure, as well as maintaining an overview of several simultaneously running, also more complex cases and issues
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of empathy, frustration tolerance, and teamwork
- Willingness to work weekends and nights as well as perform special operations
