The municipality of Rümlang borders the city of Zurich to the south. To the east, it is bounded by Zurich Airport, while to the north and west, the vast landscapes of the Zurich lowlands open up. Rümlang has around 8,300 inhabitants from about 50 nations and is located in a highly dynamic environment. Our retirement home offers a lovely home with around 62 beds for elderly people. Approximately 100 people from the fields of care, hospitality, technology and gastronomy are responsible for professional and value-oriented care and support. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant EBA 80 – 100% for the Lindenhof Retirement Home to start immediately or by arrangement.

Kitchen Assistant EBA 80 – 100%

Your tasks

• independent work (hot/cold kitchen)
• preparing the daily mise-en-place
• preparing and presenting fresh dishes
• complying with hygiene and safety regulations
• tidying and cleaning tasks, stock management and dishwashing

Your profile

• training as a Kitchen Assistant EBA
• several years of experience in the kitchen sector
• very good German skills (at least level B2)
• attentive and team-oriented personality
• reliable, flexible and independent working style
• willingness to work evenings and weekends
