Your tasks
In this hub function, you ensure the friendly and service-oriented reception of our customers and contribute to the smooth operation of the reception area. You operate the telephone switchboard professionally, provide personal information at the counter, and ensure the quick and correct forwarding of all necessary information to the responsible departments. The administrative admission of outpatient and inpatient patients as well as the completion of discharge formalities and administrative tasks complete the diverse range of duties.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial or equivalent training and professional experience in healthcare.
- You have good PC user skills; SAP knowledge is a great advantage.
- You enjoy communicating confidently and master the German language orally and in writing (any additional language is an advantage).
- You are an upbeat, dynamic, and team-oriented person who keeps an overview even in hectic situations and is characterized by a strong service mentality.
- You want to develop further in the future and can imagine taking responsibility for a team.
- Due to your pronounced empathy, you have understanding for people in difficult situations and present yourself neatly and discreetly.
- You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
- In case of staff shortages, you are willing to step in and cover vacation replacements.
