Intern Reservation & Reception
Feel-good time on the shores of Lake Hallwil! In our extraordinary and family-run resort with 91 rooms in three different themed worlds and luxurious suites, we are looking for an empathetic and solution-oriented personality as an Intern Reservation & Reception starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Provide top services in a team of around 14 employees including 2 trainees, with mutual respect and trust.
This is what you provide
- Active sales and consulting for feel-good stays in the individual sector
- Check-in / Check-out of hotel guests
- Handling general correspondence tasks, as well as creating offers and confirmations via Mews
- Posting services and invoicing
- Accepting table reservations for all three restaurants using the Gastronovi software
- Voucher sales
This is what you fulfill
- In training at a Swiss hotel management school
- Very good IT user skills
- Warm, open-minded, and flexible personality
- Strong service orientation in thinking and acting
- Confident German skills, good English and French skills (spoken and written)
