Your role
You ensure the reliable, safe, and economical operation of our buildings, infrastructure, and sites. You independently carry out minor repair and maintenance work and initiate appropriate immediate measures in case of damage or malfunctions.
As the central contact person on site, you coordinate and accompany external service providers and monitor quality, deadlines, and safety requirements. Through careful inspections and comprehensive documentation, you contribute significantly to the preservation of our infrastructure's value and operational safety.

What you can achieve with us
- Carrying out minor repair, maintenance, and adjustment work on buildings and infrastructure
- Inspection and monitoring of systems as well as conducting regular preventive rounds
- Initial assessment of damage and malfunctions and initiation of appropriate immediate measures
- Organisation, instruction, and supervision of external service providers and contractors on site
- Monitoring quality, deadlines, scope of services, and safety requirements as well as acceptance of completed work
- Maintenance of traffic areas, car parks, green spaces, lighting, and general site facilities
- Complete documentation of orders, maintenance, damage, and measures in the designated systems
Your qualities as a professional and person
- Completed technical or craft training, for example in electrical, sanitary, HVAC, metal construction, mechanics, or janitorial services
- Experience in technical building maintenance or facility management
- Further training in facility management is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of building technology and occupational safety
- Good IT user skills and willingness for careful electronic documentation
- Independent and structured working style, organisational talent, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- High service orientation, communication skills, and sense of responsibility
