For our site in Weggis-Hertenstein, we are seeking from July 2027 an experienced anaesthesia nursing specialist for a versatile 100% role with approximately 50% deployment in the operating theatre/anaesthesia area and 50% on the IMC.

• Varied role in a combined function with approximately 50% deployment in the operating theatre/anaesthesia area and 50% on the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC)
• Independent and professionally competent care of patients within the scope of anaesthesia as well as on the IMC
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of anaesthesia nursing in close cooperation with the medical anaesthesia team
• Monitoring and care of patients before, during, and after surgical or interventional procedures
• Professional monitoring and care of patients with increased medical and nursing care needs on the IMC
• Confident recognition of clinical changes as well as rapid and competent action in demanding situations
• Close interprofessional collaboration with the medical service, nursing, and other specialist departments

• For this versatile role, we are looking for an experienced anaesthesia nursing specialist who is confident both in the anaesthesia and operating theatre environment as well as in the care and monitoring of patients on an IMC.
• Diploma as a registered nurse HF/FH with completed NDS HF Anaesthesia Nursing or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Several years of professional experience and high professional competence in anaesthesia nursing
• Experience in the care of IMC or intensive care patients is an advantage
• Enjoyment of a combined role with approximately 50% deployment in the operating theatre and 50% on the IMC
• Strong clinical observation and assessment skills as well as high confidence in action
• Independent, responsible, and structured working style
• Flexibility and enjoyment of working in an interprofessional and dynamic environment
• Willingness to actively shape the interface between anaesthesia and IMC and contribute to the further development of the corresponding structures and processes
