The area of aging and care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex.

For long-term care in the Oberi Senior Center, which provides a cozy home for a total of 150 residents, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a motivated, interested, and responsible personality.

Your Tasks

Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support of the residents

Analyzing and managing complex care situations, initiating measures and evaluating them

Responsible for the care process within the framework of the key worker role

As day supervisor in close collaboration with interfaces

Mainly early and late shifts

Your Profile

Training at the level of Nursing Specialist HF or FH

Experience in the fields of geriatrics and long-term care is desired

High social competence, independence, flexibility, and resilience

Experience and joy in working with people

Very good oral and written German skills

Good PC user skills and experience in common IT programs (BESA/RAI/Care Coach knowledge is an advantage)
