The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five retirement centres as well as with Spitex.For long-term care in the Oberi Retirement Centre, which offers a cosy home to a total of 150 residents, we are looking for a motivated, interested and responsible individual immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing of the residents
- Analysing and managing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
- Responsible for the nursing process within the framework of key worker duties
- As the person responsible during the day in close cooperation with interfaces
- Primarily early and late shifts
Your profile
- Training at the level of HF or FH nursing specialist
- Experience in the field of geriatrics or long-term care is an advantage
- High social competence, independence, flexibility and resilience
- Experience and enjoyment in working with people
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programmes (BESA/RAI/Care Coach knowledge is an advantage)
