About the job
Your area of responsibility
As a member of our assembly team, you take on the precise assembly of safety-relevant, high-quality assemblies in the field of railway technology. You ensure a stable and trouble-free assembly process and share responsibility with the team for flawless results. You consistently and practically apply lean management methods such as 5S and continuous improvement process (CIP). You specifically support auxiliary assembly staff in their daily work and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently, in a structured manner, and without errors.
Your profile
As an experienced assembly staff member, you are ready with passion and commitment to apply your skills and solid knowledge in a dynamic and innovative company. You are an independent, responsible, and experienced individual characterised by your interest in craftsmanship. You have a very good command of the German language. Furthermore, you can confidently use your IT skills—especially in applications such as MS Office—which further rounds off your profile.
