Your tasks
You ensure correct and smooth order processing of the online shops in close cooperation with the various specialist departments and customers
You assist with the daily processing of customer orders
You actively participate in the further development and optimisation of existing internal processes and ensure their quality
Leadership of people at the supported workplace
Guidance, support and promotion of programme participants and employees at the supported workplace, taking into account their possibilities and abilities
You support and accompany the apprentices as a practical trainer
What you bring
You have completed basic training (or equivalent training) in the logistics sector and have several years of professional experience
You have a flair for logistical processes and order processing
With your quick grasp, independent working style and service-oriented thinking, you find it easy to coordinate orders, make decisions and solve problems
High social and communication skills, empathy and resilience
Independent, structured working style and organisational talent
You enjoy working with apprentices, employees and customers
