For Raiffeisenbank Regio Muttenz, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Arlesheim, Münchenstein, Muttenz and Pratteln, we are looking for a personality as a customer advisor.Customer Advisor (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Advising and supporting customers in the customer zone
- Identifying needs and referring customers to the responsible specialist advisors
- Participation in market development measures and performing representative tasks
- Ensuring the operation of all cash dispensers and the required stocks of notes and currencies
- Supporting and relieving customer advisors in the administrative processing of all business transactions
What do you bring with you?
- Completed commercial training, experience in banking is an advantage
- Knowledge of banking products in the areas of saving, payment, investment, and provision
- Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning demeanour
- Independent, precise and responsible way of working
- Strong communication skills
