Nursing Management (a) 80-100% with operational collaboration

In this versatile leadership role, you will take on the professional and personnel management of the nursing service. You ensure high-quality care, coordinate nursing processes, and actively participate in overarching organisational and strategic matters. You remain close to practice: one to two days per week, you work directly in nursing and accompany nursing situations to ensure care quality.

Responsibilities

• Professional and personnel leadership of the nursing team
• Contact person for nursing professionals as well as other internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for deployment, holiday, and on-call planning
• Conducting target agreement, development, and appraisal interviews
• Organisation and execution of team meetings, professional training, and individual support of employees
• Ensuring and further developing nursing quality
• Responsibility for the documentation and planning system Nexus
• Ensuring needs-based material management and a functioning infrastructure in the nursing service
• Assuming the role of Lead Nursing Professional within the Spitex organisation
• Regular work (1-2 days) in the direct care and support of chronically ill patients and their relatives in the home environment
• Close collaboration with doctors, specialists, and other internal and external partners
• Participation in overarching organisational and strategic topics

Strengths

• Training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH
• Additional training NDS in anaesthesia, intensive care, emergency care, or rescue service is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in acute care with proven leadership experience in the nursing environment
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style
• Networked and solution-oriented thinking
• High social and communication competence
• Professional, confident, and engaging manner
• Experience in training, supporting, and developing employees
• Native German speaker, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
