Technical Buyer - Purchasing Clerk - International
Your area of responsibility:
- Placement and processing of orders with suppliers
- Recording and checking of order confirmations
- Deadline monitoring and coordination
- Verification and coding of invoices
- Maintenance of article master data in the ERP system
- Organization of calibrations for measuring instruments
- General administrative tasks as well as support for project buyers and purchasing management
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training (EFZ or equivalent) with around 5 years of professional experience. Advantageous: technical training & experience
- Experience in technical purchasing or a similar function, ideally in a technical environment
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Enjoyment of supplier contact and administrative tasks
- Structured, efficient, and cost-conscious working style
- Affinity for numbers, teamwork skills as well as a communicative and flexible personalityStart date: Immediately or by arrangement
