Due to succession planning, we are looking for an HR professional with vigour, enthusiasm and humour. With your open, loyal and trustworthy manner, you will be responsible for comprehensive and professional HR advice for around 150 employees at Stadtgrün Winterthur.

Your Tasks

Comprehensive HR advice in the assigned support area

Sparring partner for our managers on an equal footing

Managing personnel processes from planning, recruitment to exit

Leading and/or participating in projects and working groups

Further development and optimisation of HR processes

Participation in personnel and management development measures

Your Profile

Completed HR training or degree specialising in Human Resources or similar

Several years of experience in operational and conceptual personnel management, ideally in the public sector

Team-oriented, responsible and service-minded personality with strengths in communication and organisation

Proactive, solution-oriented and reliable working style, high independence and networked thinking
