Your tasks
You independently operate modern tower cranes in building construction.
You take on the precise and safe lifting, moving and placing of building materials and construction site equipment. You are responsible for the daily functional check as well as safety within the entire crane radius. You communicate clearly with the construction site personnel and support the efficient organisation of material flow. You reliably report malfunctions or special incidents to your supervisor.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a valid crane operator licence category B. You enjoy working in a team, are responsible, reliable and accustomed to attentive work on the construction site. You have good spatial awareness, remain focused even in hectic situations and act safely. You are flexible, conscientious, communicative and actively contribute to a smooth construction process – then you are our new team member!

As a road builder, you are right in the middle when large construction projects arise. You ensure that Switzerland remains well connected by building and maintaining roads, bridges, forecourts and other important traffic arteries.
Every day brings new challenges, as every construction site is different. From road construction to bridge renovation, everything is included – true versatility is required here.
Your tasks
You create roads, paths, bridges and squares with your own hands. You learn how traffic routes are constructed and maintained. This includes excavating and securing trenches, laying pipes and cables, preparing the subsoil as well as applying and compacting surfaces made of asphalt, concrete or natural stones. You work with modern machines and equipment and implement construction plans. Together with your team, you ensure high-quality and unique construction projects.
