Nursing Expert (a) APN 50–100%
Your tasks
- Further development and assurance of a high, evidence-based and person-centred quality of care
- Initiation, leadership and participation in quality and development projects
- Development, implementation and evaluation of nursing standards, concepts and guidelines
- Professional advice and support for nursing teams in complex client situations
- Conducting and further developing clinical assessments as well as deriving appropriate recommendations for action
- Promoting the professional competence of our employees through advice, coaching and training
- Occasional participation in direct care and, if necessary, taking over case management in complex situations
- Participation in evaluations, quality measurements and the sustainable implementation of resulting measures
Your profile
- Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or a comparable qualification or an ongoing master’s degree, ideally with a focus on Advanced Practice Nursing (APN).
- Solid professional experience in nursing, ideally in the outpatient sector
- Experience or strong interest in project, quality and concept work
- Enjoyment in professional advice, support and empowerment of employees
- High social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Openness to change and motivation to contribute new ideas and actively shape developments
