With special fine blanking machines, up to 100 tons of cutting force, we manufacture parts from a wide variety of materials and thicknesses up to 5mm.

Saving elaborate process steps after punching is the great strength of fine blanking. Due to the action of various forces in the fine blanking process, very precise and functionally ready-to-use parts can be produced. We are able to use this advantage against our chip-removing competitors.

Our stamping tools are developed by our specialists in engineering and manufactured in our in-house toolmaking. Only in this way are we able to meet the high expectations for quality and deadlines.

The integration of collected data from our daily analysis into our work processes always brings us a small step forward.

The combination of fine blanking, bending, collar drawing, etc. in one manufacturing process massively reduces part prices and gives our customers an advantage over their competition.
