With around 90 employees, we offer our clients comprehensive services in the areas of fiduciary, auditing, taxes, pension, business and legal consulting as well as digital transformation and Abacus solutions.

To expand our team, we are looking for a Certified Public Accountant as Engagement Manager 60% - 100% for our location in the centre of Bern at Eigerstrasse 60.

Your tasks

• Independent management and leadership of regular and limited audit engagements in various industries as well as public-law institutions
• Execution of special assignments and special legal audits
• Assuming responsibility for the engagement and handling from planning through audit execution to reporting
• Further development and co-shaping of the auditing department
• Professional coaching of audit assistants
• Participation in more complex fiduciary and tax mandates
• Preparation of expert reports and company valuations together with specialists from other disciplines

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified public accountant
• Preferably experience in independently handling audit mandates and under the guidance of audit teams
• Strong flair for numbers, high quality awareness as well as business understanding and analytical thinking
• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented approach
• Independent, efficient and customer-focused working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and working on-site with clients
