Support Campus Management / Reception

In this versatile and exciting role, you are responsible for meeting the customer's quality requirements and making a valuable contribution to smooth operations.

Your main tasks:

- Professional reception and care of customers, guests, and visitors
- Making room & parking reservations
- Accompanying events and providing support
- Support in the area of catering and food service
- Ordering consumables
- Support at reception in case of staff absence
- Support of the Facility Services Manager in reception coordination
- Independent execution of assigned tasks in compliance with existing standards and guidelines

Your profile:

- Basic training in hospitality or commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Fluent in German and very good language skills in English
- Solid PC user skills (MS Office)
- Organizational skills; problem-solving ability and structured working method
- Excellent appearance and strong communication skills
