Your new role: Social Worker 60%
Start date: September 1, 2026, or earlier by arrangement
What to expect:
- Social counseling for children, adolescents, and adults as well as their relatives on disability-specific concerns
- Specialist advice on social insurance and services for the disabled in the canton of BL
- Managing legal guardianships
- Supporting people in the process of individual needs assessment
- Applying for financial assistance
- Collaboration in specialist teams and projects
- Conducting public relations work for the counseling center area
What we expect from you:
- Completed studies in Social Work (FH, Bachelor or Master)
- Several years of professional experience in social work
- Interest in working with people with disabilities
- Teamwork skills, independence, resilience, and flexibility
- Advanced skills in communication and counseling
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance law
- Advanced PC user skills
