Temporary Care Specialist 80-100%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private care services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a conscientious and empathetic care specialist with experience in caring for people with disabilities for a temporary assignment of 80-100%.

• Accompanying and supporting 17 residents with cognitive and physical disabilities in two residential groups
• Individual care in the educational and nursing areas
• Active participation in creating a structured and varied daily and leisure program
• Collaboration in the internal day care center
• Promotion of the independence and self-determination of the residents
• Resource-oriented work – each person is recognized in their uniqueness and abilities
• Close cooperation with a dedicated interdisciplinary team

• Completed training as FaBe (specialization in care), FaGe or social pedagogical training
• Experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments is an advantage
• Flexibility and openness to different shifts
• Physical and mental resilience
• Good PC user skills (MS Office), driver's license is an advantage
• Empathy, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude
• Enjoyment in quickly integrating into new teams and structures
