Intern in Plant Protection
You will gain insights into the diverse advisory activities in plant protection and quarantine organisms. Through collaboration with our specialists, as well as with agricultural businesses, industry organisations, and authorities, you can expand your professional network with valuable contacts for your further career development. This internship can also be credited as a professional internship at ETH Zurich, and if desired, there is the possibility to integrate a didactics internship.
Your tasks
- You support and accompany our specialists in planning and conducting the professional certification courses (basic and advanced courses)
- You prepare training materials, organise rooms and speakers
- You accompany our specialists during the courses and examinations
- You assist with monitoring quarantine organisms
Your profile
- You are in training or a recent graduate of HF, HAFL, ZHAW or ETH Zurich in agronomy/agricultural sciences or similar courses
- You enjoy working solution-oriented and independently with a structured approach
- You are professionally interested and open to the topic of plant protection; ideally, you already have some practical experience in plant protection
