In this diverse job
- you immerse yourself in three worlds at your location: six months each in the editorial offices of TV, radio, and newspaper/online
- you are right in the middle of everyday media life, researching your own topics, conducting interviews, and independently producing or writing contributions
- you realize your own journalistic projects, conduct talks, and implement creative formats
- you deepen the journalistic basics in modules and workshops - from storytelling to interview techniques to media law
- you are accompanied by media professionals and directly coached on the job

- you speak dialect, can express yourself well in writing, and feel connected to your region
- you remain calm and flexible even with changing working hours and weekend assignments
- you not only can drive a car but are also allowed to – a category B driving license is required
