Your Tasks

You ensure high-quality and quantitatively excellent care for our inpatient residents
You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
You carry out the nursing documentation completely and independently
You have knowledge in the application of RAI-NH assessments
You promote the autonomy of our residents
You recognize and manage emergency situations
You take on night responsibility

What You Bring

Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, FH, DNI/II, Dipl. Nurse AKP, PsyKP
Experience in permanent night shifts is an advantage
You are independent, competent, and enjoy working in a team
You have a passion for working with older people and are committed to the diverse tasks
Good oral and written German skills
Good RAI-NH knowledge, RAI-HC knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge of topics such as palliative care, dementia, and wound management is an advantage
