BIM Coordinator / Plant Planner (m/f/d)

Here is an excerpt of your exciting tasks:

• You consolidate technical information, layouts, and models from various machine and plant suppliers into a consistent overall plan.
• You check planning documents for completeness, technical plausibility, and feasibility.
• You identify interfaces and conflicts between machines, infrastructure, technical building equipment, and structural conditions early and support their resolution.
• You maintain technical information and attributes in digital planning models and ensure their quality.
• You coordinate the flow of information between suppliers, specialist planners, and internal project teams.
• You ensure that relevant planning information is available to the involved trades and project partners in the required quality.
• You support project management in developing integrated plant and factory planning.
• You accompany projects through all planning phases and ensure a consistent data basis.

You will score with us with these skills and talents:

With a completed training as a draftsman specialising in plant planning and an interest in construction planning

• With your confident handling of AutoCAD, preferably also Revit
• Perhaps you already have experience in BIM planning? Perfect!
• With your familiarity with technical guidelines as well as your understanding of structural and constructional contexts
• With your knowledge of common Microsoft programmes
• Your way of working proactively and your enthusiasm will also inspire us!
• With your enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary and international teams and the fact that you speak and write fluent German – perhaps you even understand English? That would be perfect, but not a must!
