In this demanding, varied and challenging role, you are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the installation team. As part of a dynamic and future-oriented team, you contribute significantly with your technical skills to a modern power grid of EKT and its customers. As a team-oriented, customer-focused and communicative personality, you always have deadlines, costs and quality under control. Your new workplace is Sulgen, the area of operation covers the entire canton of Thurgau.

Your responsibilities with us

• Professional and personnel management of the installation team with 10 employees
• Coordination and planning of personnel deployments and resources
• Planning and supervision of maintenance and repair work in substations, switching stations and all other facilities and properties
• Participation in budget planning and material procurement within the scope of procurement competencies
• Collaboration in internal project and specialist groups
• Responsible for compliance with safety regulations and training of employees
• Handling customer orders from quotation to billing
• Provision of on-call service in the medium and low voltage network
• Participation in maintenance work on site
• Close cooperation with the engineering and operations management department

Your profile

• Training as an electrician EFZ with further training to become a certified electrician
• Registered in the ESTI directory for the general installation permit
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of the applicable Swiss installation regulations and technical standards
• Independent, reliable, precise and efficient working method
• Resilient, committed and empathetic leadership personality
• Very good IT user skills
• Willingness for further training and familiarisation with medium voltage protection technology
• Driving licence category B and BE
