Alpen Energie plans and builds solar systems, battery storage and heat pumps – from consultation to commissioning, all from a single source. With nearly 50 employees, we are growing strongly: in 2025 we built around 15 systems per month, in 2026 significantly more. For this, we are looking for electricians who work independently on the AC side and want to take responsibility for their systems.

Your Tasks

• Installation: Electrical installation of PV systems, inverters and battery storage

• Commissioning: AC-side connection and coordination with utility companies and manufacturers – independently

• Measurement & Documentation: Measurement and test protocols, safe and standard-compliant systems (NIN)

• Handover: You explain the new system to the customer briefly and clearly

• Troubleshooting: When there is a problem, you find the solution

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ (or equivalent)

• Experience with PV systems is a plus – if not, we will train you

• Independent, clean working style

• Driving licence category B

• Good German language skills
