Head of Test Field (m/f/d) 100%
In this versatile role, you will work within your area of responsibility with a high degree of independence, personal responsibility, and appropriate competence. Thanks to your enthusiasm for electronics, your technical know-how, and your enjoyment in training our electronics apprentices, you will make an important contribution to the company’s success.
Your tasks
- Technical and organisational management of the test field with responsibility for planning, execution, and documentation of tests and measurements
- Ensuring product quality and reliability through efficient testing and quality processes
- Maintenance, further development, and optimisation of test systems as well as test methods and technologies
- Leading and developing the test field team including training, deployment planning, and promotion of employees
- Close collaboration with quality assurance, production, and test engineering for continuous improvement of product quality
- Technical contact person for internal departments and customers regarding testing and quality assurance questions
- Ensuring that all necessary test equipment and resources are used efficiently
- Error analysis and cross-plant support (CZE) and troubleshooting via remote access
Your qualities
- Completed technical training in electronics or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Proven experience in electronics testing, ideally in a leadership role
- Assertiveness and the ability to make clear decisions and implement them
- Sound knowledge in the application, maintenance, and further development of test systems such as ICT, FKT, and Boundary Scan
- Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Analytical thinking, independent working style, and structured approach
- High sense of responsibility for the quality of testing processes
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
