Flexible Duration / Working Hours

The legal internship generally lasts 12 months and the employment rate is 100%. In individual cases, we also make exceptions. To prepare for the bar exam, you have the opportunity to attend lectures at the university two half-days a week.

Broad Insight

It is important to us to provide our legal candidates with a solid knowledge base and to prepare them thoroughly both for their bar exam and their future work. During the legal internship at Häusermann + Partner, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the daily work of a law firm, benefit from our many years of experience, and be involved in a wide variety of cases ranging from divorce to railway law planning permission procedures. We cover everything.

Mentoring

Close support and supervision of our legal candidates is very important to us. You will become part of our well-coordinated team and learn about the various aspects of the legal profession in close collaboration with our experienced lawyers and paralegals.

Training Content of Your Legal Internship:

• Corporate and Commercial Law: Statutes / Articles of Association, Shareholders’ Agreement, General Meeting / Board Minutes, Due Diligence, Removal of Organs, Contribution in Kind Agreement, Letter of Intent, Dissolutions / Liquidations / Restructurings, Corporate Law Claims / Liability Claims, Precautionary Measures
• Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law: Initiation of Debt Enforcement, Legalisation Procedure, Bankruptcy Proceedings, Bankruptcy Petitions, Insolvency Declarations, Estate and Attachment Proceedings, Objection Procedures, Deletion, Debt Enforcement Register Extracts, Debt Enforcement Law Claims
• Forensic Activity: Tax Submission, Drafting a Legal Brief / Plea, Personality Rights, uR Request, Divorce/Marital Protection, Emission Procedures, Construction Worker’s Lien, Participation in Meetings with Clients, Court and Conciliation Hearings, Court Injunction, Requests for Annulment of Securities
• Property Law: Easements and Land Charges, Condominium Ownership, Annulment of Securities, Neighbourhood Law, Vindication, Possession Protection
• Obligations Law: Tenancy Law, Employment Law, Contract for Work and Services, Purchase and Gift Law, Agency Law, especially with aspects of Professional Law (BGFA), Contract Drafting, Escrow Agreement, Innominates Contracts (e.g. Leasing etc.), Various Representation Relationships, Civil Proceedings in Various Legal Areas, Defence Against Claims/Lawsuits
• Public Law: Building Objection/Appeal Procedures, Building Police Notification, Planning Permission Procedures, Revision and Enforcement Requests, Foreigners and Migration Law, Public Procedural Law, Various Substantive Laws of the Confederation and Cantons

Your Profile

We are continuously looking for law graduates who enjoy legal tasks and have a quick grasp. Ideally, you have already completed an internship at a court, public prosecutor’s office, or administration at the start of the position.
